BEGO is exhibiting its wide portfolio of conventional and digital products at the IDS 2019. One highlight of the conventional solutions are the compact casting machines Fornax® T, Nautilus® T and Nautilus® CC in their improved form.
Fornax® T, the compact benchtop machine with high-performance induction heating garantees short melting cycles, minimizes oxidation and facilitates subsequent finishing. With two adjustable starting speeds, optimum filling is ensured for every cast object. “In addition, the Fornax® T has an integrated adjustable infrared sensor, which enables safe and gentle melting of all standard precious metal and non-precious alloys (except titanium)," says Jörg Fasel, Product Manager at the BEGO Bremer Goldschlägerei.
The compact Nautilus® T benchtop vacuum pressure-casting machine includes a newly integrated camera system that supports the dental technician by providing visual casting point recognition. For even more convenient and easy operation, both Nautilus® devices now feature a large 7" color touch display with intuitive menu navigation. The new network connection via LAN or W-LAN allows access to the integrated casting log archive for the Nautilus® T and Nautilus® CC plus. The connection via the service portal my.BEGO.com enables direct remote diagnosis of the devices.
The BEGO casting machines are equally suitable for both non-precious and precious metal alloys and partial denture casting and allow time and cost savings as well as convenient handling in the laboratory. Due to their compact dimensions and designs, the Fornax® T and Nautilus® devices require very little space. Integrated power cooling provides for more than 50 casts in a row, even with high ambient temperatures.
